- Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes

Nice To Haves
- Extensive experience in IT Operations and/or IT Service Management
- At least 5 years of Experience in IT Change and Release Management.
- ITIL v3 Intermediate: Release, Control, and Validate Certified
- Graduated with a BS in Information Systems and/or Computer Science, Engineering, or any related degrees.
- Good Interpersonal skills across multi-functional partners
- Strong and Effective Communication Skills in English.
- Solid Management Skills.
- Knowledgeable with Agile Methodologies
- Familiar with ITSM Tools especially ServiceNow
- Familiar with DevOps tools is good to have (Jenkins, Bitbucket)
