As a Change Manager, you'll lead dynamic transformation projects, specifically supporting an integrated Human Resources and Payroll system's implementation. Your role will range from conducting change assessments to creating detailed change plans and stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring a seamless transition and effective communication across the organization.

• Leverage strong change management experience, especially in supporting the implementation of integrated Human Resources and Payroll systems.
  
• Collaborate with the HRIS implementation project team to effectively guide the organization through significant changes.
  
• Apply a pragmatic, hands-on approach to change management, engaging and bringing people along throughout the journey.
  
• Conduct high-level change impact assessments, develop detailed change plans, and create training materials to ensure successful transitions.
  
• Execute stakeholder analysis and prepare stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
  
• Perform training needs assessments and develop tailored training materials.
  
• Work closely with internal change agents to enable them to manage change and communications effectively within their business areas.
  

Requirements

The Essentials for Your Success

• Proven experience in HRIS integration and implementation projects, with hands-on support for Human Resources and Payroll systems.
  
• Certification:ITIL V4 Certification
  
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in an ITSM Change Manager role.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices (e.g., Incident, Request, Problem, Configuration, and Release Management).
  
• Mature reporting skills (proficient in ServiceNow, Excel, PowerBI).
  
• Experience with ISO9001, ISO20000, ISO27001, or SOC2 audits.
  
• Knowledge in ITIL, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
  
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
  
• Open-mindedness and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
