Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Communications Manager to join our APAC Total Workplace dynamic team. As the Change Management Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies to engage with employees and deliver workplace and change management initiatives. You will support and deliver change management projects, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop tailored communications, and guide them through a successful implementation.

About the Role:
- Execute integrated multi-channel internal communications plan aligned to region and country priorities, narratives, projects, and campaigns in partnership with Regional Heads of Property and Asia teams relating to change management initiatives.
- Mentor and coach the immediate Communications team, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
- Consistently stay in touch with the new trends/concept developed by the Global Total Workplace Thought Leadership to ensure consistent messages and narrative is delivered to all clients.
- Support the Communications and Engagement Lead in delivering a holistic communications strategy that encompasses internal and external communications, brand management, and PR initiatives.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
About You
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; with 3 5 years of Asia communications experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse audience.
- Highly motivated, organized, adaptable and able to perform under pressure and within tight timelines.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful internal and external communication strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to analyze business challenges and provide data-driven recommendation. Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
