Position: Cybersecurity Change Management & Communications Analyst

Work Set-Up: Hybrid, 2x RTO per week

Office Location: Ayala, Makati City

Cybersecurity Change Management & Communications Analyst will be responsible for managing cybersecurity change management initiatives and coordinating internal and external communications related to cybersecurity efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute cybersecurity communication strategies.

Coordinate change management activities for cybersecurity programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with cybersecurity initiatives.

Create cybersecurity awareness materials and campaigns.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of cybersecurity communication efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in communications, Cybersecurity, or related field.

At least 3 years of solid experience in cybersecurity communications or change management.

Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and frameworks.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
