OVERALL PURPOSE: Responsible for supporting the Change Manager in implementing the change management program in the Bank's IT.
- Executes risk assessment process for change requests.
- Ensures documentary compliance for changes endorsed to Change Manager for approval.
- Ensures proper scheduling of CAB meetings.
- Prepares and submits CMD reports for IT Management.
- Supports post-implementation reviews of notable failed changes.
- Enforces adherence to IT policies, standards, and procedures on change management.
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Change Manager.
- Keeps track of staff performance planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Keeps abreast of updates on BSP policies as stipulated in the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) and Bank policies as specified in the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MTPP) through circulars, required seminars/programs and adheres to said policies.
- QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant Bachelor's Degree- Experience in IT Change Management for at least 3 years; banking work experience is preferred
Ability to interpret data, work with analytic models and advanced technologies and digital tools (e.g., cloud HR, behavior change packages, immersive learning).
- Experience of working on Digital transformations, RPA implementations, Shared Service setups and cloud-based implementations
