About The Role
We're looking for a Certified Google Search & Meta Ads Manager with a deep understanding of paid search and social media advertising. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You'll work closely with our internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are effectively aligned with business goals and maximise ROI.
Responsibilities:- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement Google Search and Meta Ads campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients (about 30-40 clients).
- 70% of the ads are on Google search and 30% on Meta.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to align ad strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the account managers to identify campaign goals and KPIs.
- Optimisation & Performance Analysis
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to improve ad performance and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Regularly report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Budget Management
- Manage daily budgets, bids, and expenses for campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal performance.
- Provide recommendations for budget allocation based on performance and client goals.
- Creative Collaboration
- Work with design and content teams to develop engaging and effective ad creatives.
- Ensure ads are consistent with brand messaging and aligned with target audience interests.
- Client Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and deliver regular campaign performance reports to the account managers.
- Communicate strategy updates, recommendations, and performance insights clearly and effectively.
- Staying Updated on Trends
- Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to apply innovative strategies to campaigns.
- Experiment with new ad formats and targeting options to maximise results.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years+ of experience managing ads for Google Search Ads and Meta.
- 3-5 years+ of experience working in a digital marketing agency in either Australia or the US.
- Certified in Google Search Ads, Google Analytics (all levels), and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of the changes in all the different campaign types.
- Good commercial acumen
- Has managed multiple ad accounts in the past and has consistently shown positive results across the board.
