Central Monitoring (Tech Services) Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Strong analytical skills Self-motivated Demonstrated capability of learning new technologies and procedures Strong knowledge of automation systems/networks/security configuration and deployment

Monitor alerts and events Troubleshoot incidents and address remediation of issues Lead continuous improvement of operational support Automation of alerts and remediation processes Work closely with other Agile Teams, Managed Service Providers and Vendors as necessary
