Central MIS Specialist

Job description

As a Central MIS Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of information systems to support the operations and decision-making. You will be responsible for report analysis and implementation.

Responsibilities
Analyze and implement reports; alert management on performance trends.
Provide immediate performance feedback or updates to the leadership team.
Collaborate with operations to define reporting requirements and deliver regular and ad hoc reports.
Create and maintain reporting templates, including agent-level data and dashboards.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Audit reports and verify accuracy using available resources.
Proactively identify and resolve reporting issues; inform the managers of any urgent concerns.
Communicate and coordinate with internal/external clients regarding reporting concerns as necessary.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Must have proven experience as an MIS Specialist or in a similar role in a collection agency. (at least 2 years).
With strong verbal and written communication skills.
Has a good understanding of basic collection principles and can work with minimal supervision.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, or has quick learning ability for new technologies.
Attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and a strong understanding of database fundamentals and data management.
Willing to work onsite in Kamuning, Quezon City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
