As a
CustomerSupport Ambassador, you will work with our Largest Online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email. You will be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
At least High School Graduate (Old/New Curriculum) or at least 2 years in vocational/bachelor's degree
- Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience
Preferably with blended customer service experience (voice and non-voice)- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Positive, self-motivated and energetic
- Amenable to work rotating shifts
Can work in IT Park, Cebu City
