Job Description:

  • Perform accounting and financial operations for the organization, ensuring compliance with US accounting standards
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard the companyu0027s assets
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, and provide recommendations to management
  • Manage the companyu0027s budget, cash flow, and financial forecasts
  • Provide advice and support to management on financial matters, including taxation, auditing, and compliance with US regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure effective communication and coordination of financial information
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications:

  • Bacheloru0027s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on US accounting standards and regulations
  • Knowledge of US taxation and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus
