We are expanding our operations and are excited to announce that we are hiring Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals for our future site in Cagayan de Oro as part of our countryside hiring initiative.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidatesu0027 skills, experience, and cultural fit provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on market trends and best practices.
  • Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company as an employer of choice through various platforms and events.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Offer Management: Assist in extending offers to candidates and coordinate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media and job boards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates skills, experience, and potential fit with the company culture.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
