• What are the Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related course. College Level is accepted

With at least 1 to 2years of experience as a GPS Staff in a control room or fleet management set up

• Strong knowledge in routing specially manila Area

Must be keen to details and has a strong decision in problem solving

• Experienced in warehouse and logistics procedure and documentation is a PLUS

Proficiency using GPS devices would be a plus.

• What are the Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.

Communicating to all drivers and helpers

• Strictly monitoring GPS and Fuel Consumptions

Ensure summary report of delivery in and out

• Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply

Monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules. Knowledge in truck maintenance

• Checking CF and WDF check and balance of checker form and warehouse dispatch form.
