Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients of our Northlane account.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics to contribute to the success of the team.


  • Needed Qualifications:
Senior high school graduate or equal.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
