Work Location: Poblacion, Makati
Salary: 50 - 60k plus commission, staff meal
Schedule: Shifting schedule, 6 days/ week, Operating hours 10am - 10pm/12mn
QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate with degree in HRM, Culinary Arts, Business Administration or related course
- Previous experience in catering, event planning, or hospitality management.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented skills.- A degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, business administration, or a related field
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Business Development
- Conduct research to identify new markets and look for prospective clients.
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
- Menu Development and Client Relations:
- Develop creative and innovative menus tailored to clients preferences, dietary restrictions, and budgetary requirements.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Staff Management:
- Train, and supervise catering staff, ensuring they deliver professional service and adhere to company standards.
- Financial Management::
- Monitor and manage catering budgets, expenses, and profitability, striving to achieve financial targets and maximize revenue.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and licensing requirements to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
