BASIC FUNCTIONS:- Supervises and coordinates all activities related to accounting for the cost control of food, beverage, supplies and manpower.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling and reporting all activities of food cost control from receiving, storage, issuance, production and accounting- creates monitoring tools for sales, stocks, and other related transaction of cost control department.
Participates in monthly inventories and spot checks of stocks.
Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Management, Culinary or any related course.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Offices (Excel, Word, Powepoint, Publisher,etc.)- Experience is an advantage but not required.
