As Manager under PHC Business Planning, the candidate will be:
Interacting closely with various functional groups of the Business Unit (Finance, Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing/Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain Group) for requirements involving but not limited to:
Capacity expansion studies
Financial simulations
New business/product opportunities
Sales drivers and dampeners
Tasked to provide data-driven recommendations to the General Manager and his various Mancom heads for:
Process improvements
Efficiency-generating opportunities
Organizing various management reports and various planning initiatives such as but not limited to:
Daily Sales Monitoring and Operations Reports
Weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Meetings
Quarterly Business Operations Review and Bi-Annual Board Meetings
