- If you have these qualifications:
Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a degree in business, supply chain, or other relevant fields
- With at least 5 years of related work experience of a related industry of notable size, complexity, and significance.
With at least 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience.- Solid understanding of category management, merchandising, inventory management practices and procedures
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate effectively at all levels
- Very proficient in MS Office applications

Assists the Assoc. Merchandising Director in formulating and executing strategies for the assigned categories, channels, and stores- Curate the product portfolio for lenses, contact lenses, and solutions managing pricing, margins, and deals for these products
Prepare open-to-buys for categories assigned, ensuring optimal inventory levels at any given time
- Be on top of new and innovative products with suppliers and competitors
Spot product trends on a per SKU, per store, per channel level- Improves departmental processes and procedures
Prepare, analyze, and interpret merchandising reports to make well-informed decisions
May perform other tasks as assigned
