Overview: Basically the assistant of the Duty Manager in shifts. They are in charge of monitoring the dealers or acting as the ground surveillance.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of Change cards
- Watching the dealers and making sure that all procedures are followed and prevent infractions
- Assist in Color game by inputting the winning colors and scoop dice for the next round
- Receives card from the card room and double check the canister numbers.
- Informs DM for any infractions/technical issues and other incidents
- Record the card issuance and card return
- Receives instructions from DM from time and time
- Grooming check on dealers
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21y/o
- College level or Senior High School
- Good attention to detail and a quick learner
- Good working attitude
