- Primarily responsible for ensuring customers are served with premium quality Yellow Cab products through standards preparation and cooking of menu products.
Observes and practices food safety by strictly complying to the use of standard utensils, checking and monitoring of product shelf life and proper handling and preparation of food.- As instructed, checks current and inventory of kitchen items.
Trains staff and Managers on food preparation and cooking.
