Responsibilities- Attend to all customer needs
Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily specials to customers- Take customer orders at the counter.
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Ensuring money in cash drawers is accurate in count and amount
Ability to calculate sales and change quickly- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer
Monitoring and checking daily cash balance
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
Maintaining a clean workspace.
- Individuals with 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant/Japanese restaurant establishment will be added advantage.
You must have good communication skills and can work with less supervision- Customer service oriented and with pleasing personality.
