Responsible for the POS, cash register, such as cash, credit and gift certificate transactions, issuing receipts, deposits, and balancing register at the end of the shift in its right procedure and documents and reports any discrepancies.- When not busy with cashiering duties, cashier may also assist the dining staff when needed. Cashiers must be able to multi-task and is competent with computerized register system and has good and quick mathematical skills and is organized, polite, trustworthy and reliable.
Cashier will assist the dining team in cleaning and maintaining the dining area before restaurant opens or after finishing the reports once restaurant closes.
- Cashier will do the inventory for the dining supplies and drinks.
Receiving payments & issuing receipts- Compiling expense receipts, sales receipts, guest list and sales reports at end of day
Dispatching drinks
- Keeping track of drinks inventory
Accounting of cash sales
Requirements:- At least 6 months to 1 year working experience
Good communication and multi-tasking skills
- Can execute instructions as specified by the Supervisor/Manager
Can stay calm and focused in stressful and busy situations- Can work under minimal supervision
Is diligent, proactive, and efficient
- Is able to work well in a team
