We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Cashier to join our team located in the prestigious Kai Mall, North Caloocan. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience. Efficiently process transactions

• Accurately handle cash

Provide friendly and attentive service to guests

• Contribute to a positive dining experience and overall customer satisfaction

• Key Responsibilities:

• Point of Sale Operations:

Operate the restaurant's POS system to process guest orders, accept payments, and generate receipts.

• Accurately enter items, modifiers, and discounts into the POS system.

Process cash, credit card, and digital payments securely, following established procedures.

• 2. Customer Service:

Greet guests warmly and offer assistance as needed.

• Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, prices, specials, and promotions.

Resolve guest concerns or complaints related to billing, payments, or service.

• 3. Cash Handling:

Count and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.

• Process cash transactions efficiently, making correct change.

Maintain a secure and organized cash register area.

• 4. Order Coordination:

Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

• Confirm order details and pricing with guests before finalizing transactions.

Collaborate with other front-of-house team members to optimize workflow during peak hours.

• Key Performance Indicators:

Ensure transactions are processed accurately, minimizing errors.

• Adhere to cash handling procedures to prevent discrepancies.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
