I. JOB SUMMARYResponsible for payment processing of the Customers in compliance to policies and procedures of the Company. Ensures timely bank deposits and regularly submits Daily Sales Report to Branch Head.
- II. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures efficient processing of Customer's payment - no shortage or overage.
- Receives payment by cash and credit cards, and issues official receipts. Safekeeps all cash payments and cash funds.
Ensures daily sales transactions are tallied with the cash-on-hand and reconciles total payment received with total sales.- Acts as Petty Cash Custodian and ensures that all Petty Cash Vouchers (PCV) are duly accomplished and approved.
Reports to : Management Trainee / Head Cashier / Assistant Store Supervisor /Store Supervisor / Area Manager
Internal Contacts : PMC Team and its Affiliates
External Contacts : Customers
At least College Level of any Business or Service related course.
- Knowledgeable in pricing, promos and warranty processing.
Proficient in POS system.Willing to be assigned at SM Bacoor
