Job Title: Cashier
- Location: LBK FOODCOURT NEW GREENHILLS MALL
- Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team . The Cashier will handle all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and assist in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the restaurant.
Greet customers.- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and manage credit/debit card payments.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
Assist with order taking, packaging, and delivering orders to customers.- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and surrounding areas.
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service.
Follow all restaurant policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
College level.- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
