SALES/CASHIER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:_
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and assisting with their needs.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded.
- Cash Register Operation: Operate cash registers, scanners, and point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions efficiently.
_SALES ASSOCIATE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that the prices of products are accurate and match the point-of-sale system.
- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features, benefits, and pricing of products to effectively assist customers.
- Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions through cash registers, POS systems, or online platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Merchandising: Maintain store displays and merchandise, ensuring that they are attractive and well-organized.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and notify management of low stock or damaged items.
- Upselling: Suggest additional products or accessories to customers to enhance their shopping experience and increase sales.
- Returns and Exchanges: Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies and guidelines.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, dressing rooms, and other customer areas clean and organized.
- Promotions and Discounts: Inform customers of ongoing promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to encourage sales.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and managers to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals.
