Job Description:
- Showing courtesy to all incoming and outgoing customers
- Handling customer inquiries including phone inquiries and directing them to appropriate party
- Receiving and processing all payments according to standard procedures
- Examining products being purchased for damages and price accuracy before releasing the product to the customer
- Handling cash, credit or debit transactions between customer and retail store
- Answering routine billing questions/issues from customers
- Assisting in the opening and closing of a retail location which includes and but not limited to cash handling and deposits
- Training and supervising new cashiers
- Assisting in the maintenance of store front and retail displays
- Submitting Daily Sales Reports daily and other necessary reports as required
- Communicating with the management team regarding customer requests or concerns
- Assuming the responsibilities of the OIC in case of OIC's absence
- Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
- Having a Telco experience is an advantage
