QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of BSBA Major in Marketing Management or equivalent course
With experience is a plus- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
Average to fast typing skills
- With a pleasing personality
Good communication skills- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Maintains good customer relations before and after services rendered.
- Submits the client specification file to the OIC and President/CEO for approval and for system encoding and file securely thereafter.
- Submit daily itinerary and report thru email regarding marketing transactions to the OIC and President/CEO.
- Secure MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) and Data Privacy Agreement from the client and file securely thereafter.
- Submits customer's feedback on the marketed clients on a weekly basis.
- Submit monthly marketing report at a specified date and time.
- Upholds 7S standards in the department and address concern immediately.
- Follow the DOH and ISO guidelines.
- Participates actively in the Quality Improvement related activities of the clinic.
- Performs other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the Management,
