Job Title: Cashier

- Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team at Lechon Belly Kitchen - Greenhills. The Cashier will handle all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and assist in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the restaurant.
Greet customers as they enter the restaurant.- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and manage credit/debit card payments.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
Assist with order taking, packaging, and delivering orders to customers.- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and surrounding areas.
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service.
Follow all restaurant policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
At least High School Graduate, Vocational, or College level at least 2 years complete- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
