Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during rush times- Take orders from customers and input their selections into the store's computer systems
Assemble orders on trays or in bags depending on the type of order
- Clean the station thoroughly before, during and after each shift
Respond to guest questions, concerns and complaints and make sure they leave satisfied- Follow all restaurant safety and security procedures
Punctual and willing to work in extended hours
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicants must have Store Crew/Sales Staff experience, preferably in the same industry.
Preferably with Milk Tea background.- High School graduate or preferably College level.
Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work on your feet for most of your shift
Physically able to stand for extended periods and can work on varied work hours and holidays as needed- Flexible and can work under pressure
Strong customer service skills
- Confident and outgoing with passion for selling.
