Tasks & responsibilities- Arranges and sorts out checks for release
Ensures issuance of Acknowledgement Receipt or Collection Receipt or Official Receipt- Deposits checks to bank (Payment or for Employees account) then scans and emails deposit slips to vendor
Tracks payment using PO and Invoice numbers; ensures to indicate payment details
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
- Qualifications & experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related courses
- At least 6 months relevant work experience
