Operational Global Cash Application Team Lead
As part of the Lead team, manage the regional month end cash app close globally, ensuring operational adherence to close calendar and SOX governance.
Timely review validate and approve Global Monthly Blackline Bank reconciliations
Lead the efficient and accurate application of all cash that is received into FMC bank accounts for all trade and non-AP transactions
Work on process improvement projects such as automatic cash functionality and all others that drive continuous improvement t and automation
Partner closely with Global & Regional Accounting Centre(s), including credit & collections, ensuring consistent and open communication lines between all groups ensuring adherence to timely posting and MEC deadlines
Manage all Cash Application processes as part of group and/or statutory audits.
Continuously look at our global process for improvements and efficiencies, ensuring to champion standardization in everything we do.
Ensure regular reviews performed on process documentation / job aids.
Participate in strategic continuous improvement initiatives in the organization, achieving identified goals (financial, process or talent)
Promptly respond to information requests from internal and external stakeholders
Comply with Europe Financial Reporting & Accounting Group and business unit service delivery guidelines.

Qualifications
Professional Credit Qualification desirable
MS-Office, SAP experience essential.
Fluency in English essential and second Global business language desirable
5 years + multinational experience particularly in successful team development and individual coaching
Experience leading an AR process stream within a SSC environment
Experience coordinating interdependent teams within Finance and service providers toward timely and quality deliverables
Team Orientated Proven ability to work in a team environment, possessing strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture cross-functional teams and relationships both within, and outside of the centered function.
Results Oriented demonstrated ability to effectively balance financial and operational factors to develop appropriate solutions in a proactive, timely and cost-effective manner.
