About The Role
In this opportunity as a
Cash Application Specialist you will:
- Prepare journal entries.
- General ledger operations.
- Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Assist with yearend closings.
- Draw up monthly financial reports; prepare analysis of accounts as requested.
- Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist with payroll administration.
- Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences.
- Account/bank reconciliations.
- Review and process expense reports.
About You
You're a fit for the of
Cash Application Specialist if your background includes:
- 1 to 2 years relevant work experience in Cash Application position or environment (B2B)
- Background in SAP WRP and S/4 Hana, Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines.
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule.
- Good communication skills
- Good to have: Background in Order Management
