Carpenter

Responsibilities:

• Full job description

Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.

• Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, shelves, and furniture.

Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials.

• Installing hardware, such as hinges, handles, locks, and knobs.

Inspecting and replacing damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.

• Repairing or replacing damaged or rotted building materials.

Ensuring that all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Collaborating with other maintenance staff and contractors on projects that involve carpentry work.

Keeping accurate records of carpentry work and materials used.

• Assisting with general maintenance tasks around the property, such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work, as needed.

• Requirements:

2 years related carpentry experience

• Resident of or willingness to work full time in Bangkal

High school diploma

• Willing to start immediately.
