POSITION SUMMARY:This position is responsible for the general upkeep of the facilities by performing maintenance, construction, installation and repair of structure in the client facility.
_Position requirements:_
Vocational technical course graduates, preferably with NCII in Carpentry or SMAW
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures
Knowledge on general property maintenance and repairs
At least (2) years working experience of the same capacity or background.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures.
- Install structures or fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware, using carpenters hand or power tools.
- Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using correct tools.
- Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, within score of work.
- Inspects and test equipment in order to locate damage or worn parts and diagnose malfunctions, or read work orders to determine required repairs.
- Reports to maintenance engineer or supervisor site situations that need supervisorial actions or decision (those that are out of scope of the routine preventive maintenance).
- Ensures that areas/sites of responsibility are well-maintained
Prepares daily and weekly report of activities.

Involves moderate discomfort and/or risk such as operating heavy machinery or dangerous equipment, or frequent exposure to hazardous materials
Involves lifting of heavy materials and work tools
Alternatively, the work area may be subject to environmental discomfort such as poor ventilation, loud noises, and/or extremes of heat or cold.
Work often requires wearing protective gear that may be uncomfortable
Works indoors and outdoors and will be exposed to variable weather when working outdoors
Work requires strenuous physical exertion including standing, climbing, crawling, and regular lifting of objects
Will work on heights when needed

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
