Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a specialization in crate building.
Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
