As a Cargo General Sales Agency, we are serving international airlines.Cargo Sales Executive is responsible for day to day transactions, including introduction of cargo products in the market and maintaining sales and high standard of service to customers/ freight forwarders.
Functions
- Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door- to- door, cold calling, presentation, etc.)
Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.- Evaluate customer's needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
- Maintaining accurate records
Reviewing sales performance.- Negotiating rates/contracts
Quality sales call: 30 sales visit a week (Sales Blitz)
- Prepares and submits the following: Weekly Sales Reports, Daily Tonnage & Revenue, Weekly Cargo Loss Report, Potential Business
Advisory to customers on Sales and Service matters- Maintain good relationship with Principal/ Airlines
Must assist Customer Service Representative in preparation of Explanation Letter
- Trend analysis of accounts
Must ensure to keep the accounts, improve delivery of service, increase sales revenue.- Post uplift report preparation
Qualifications:- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree/ completed a 4 year course
Excellent communication skills
- Customer management skills
Sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals- Proven track record in cargo and freight sales, with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
Amenable to work during Saturdays
