JOB SUMMARYResponsible for documentation and checking of all units received by the service department. He is also responsible for the transfer of the unit from one area to another.
- Ensure that all units received by the service department undergoes proper and accurate checklisting upon receive and release
Explain thoroughly the checklist to the customer
- Transfer and organize parking arrangement of vehicles in the reception area and carwash area
Checking and assuring the cleanliness of customer vehicle before releasing- Assures that vehicles are properly and safely parked in the dealership premises
Pick-up and delivery of units whenever needed
- Candidate must be at least a holder of an automotive diploma course
Has a valid driver's license, good driving record, and can drive both manual and automatic cars
- Must be customer-service oriented, adaptable, flexible and willing to do fieldwork
