Qualifications- At least holder of any Vocational or Associate certificate/degree
With at least 1 year of experience in this kind of role- With a Professional driver's license and can drive a motorcycle
Familiar with Metro Manila area especially
Binondo, Quezon City, Caloocan, Makati, Taguig, and
Malabon area
- With experience as a canvasser handling mechanical or machine part
Act as a point of contact for employees within their company or organization
- Canvassing and sourcing of suppliers for mechanical parts
Negotiating with suppliers as to canvassing, ordering, delivery, and payment- Coordinating with the Warehouse regarding delivery of materials, spare parts, equipment, etc.
Perform administrative support, messenger service, and other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior
- To submit billings to the client
To collect check payments from the client- To endorse all submitted billings and payments to the custodian at the end of the day
Coordinate with the billing team if need some clarifications for the submission of documents and collection payments
- To be trained for proper issuance of receipts
