Duties and responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and recipes.
Ensure all food is cooked to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food preparation and service.- Assist with menu planning and recipe development as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; formal culinary training or relevant experience is preferred.- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role within a food service environment.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Positive attitude, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
