CMO/FEED STAFF
- Performs job functions consistent with CSQC's Vision- Mission and Claretian values and charism
- Assists in the following:
a. Formulation and implementation of the annual action plan
b. Scheduling of liturgical activities, retreats, recollections, and other religious activities
c. Requests and logistics
d. Documentation of activities
e. Evaluation of activities
- Takes care of all requests and logistics to carry out services, such as retreats, recollections, masses, confessions, and the like
- Informs promptly the school community regarding the approved Campus Ministry activities
- Represents the School in off-campus committees for liturgical affairs as requested by the Coordinator
- Prepares and submits monthly logbook of undertakings to the Coordinator
- Endorses outreach and social action activities for the personnel and the students to the Unit Heads and Spiritual Director for the approval of the School Director
- Submits budget allocation proposal to the Spiritual Director for the approval of the School Director
- Nurtures harmonious relationships between and among the members of the school community
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned at any given time
Qualifications:
-Graduate of Religious Education or Theology; with MA Degree in Spirituality or Pastoral Ministry is an advantage
-With 2 to 3 years of work experience and exposure in:
a. Campus Ministry and Spiritual Formation
b. Recollection & Retreat Giving
c. Parish/Pastoral Work with the Youth, Family Ministry, etc.
d. Teaching and Administrative Work
-With 3,5 or 8-day retreat experience
-Skills in oral and written Communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
