Role Specific Information
What type of work can you expect
- Provide technical assistance (remote and onsite), document diagnostic information, troubleshooting, incident analysis and resolution.
- Investigation and resolution of issues and may also include monitoring for high priority incident tickets.
- Providing education to users by using knowledge base and/or training materials.
- Close collaboration and act as hands and feet support for other Technology support team, such as Network, Firewall, IT Security, Workstation Services, Video End Point support, etc.
- Provisioning of end user computing asset for new hires, refresh, break-fix, and support services.
- Video End Point support for meeting room, conference room, and town hall area
- End user computing lifecycle management
- Project support for Manila site office
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the immediate leader
Skills / Experience
- Working knowledge of deploying and supporting Windows machines
- With good understanding of Incident, request fulfilment, and problem management.
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, MS Outlook, MS OneDrive, & MS SharePoint
- Can support MAC OS, JAMF, and applications
- Some knowledge in supporting mobile devices - OS (IOS & Android) and application (Okta)
- Some knowledge in MS Active Directory, MS SCCM, Desktop Imaging Management, Citrix, Genesys, Desktop Bridge
- Knowledge in using ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow
Qualifications
Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline
- Must be amenable to start internship in September 2024
- Basic troubleshooting of Windows
- Basic understanding of Windows network protocol including DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and Kerberos
