ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create, propose and implement data driven personalized campaigns.
Work cross-functionally with IT, buying, marketing and operations, etc. on implementing targeted promotions and communications. This will cover planning, set-up to post promo analysis.
Generate promo dashboards and ad hoc reports related to engagement to help the team track performance, derive insights, and effectively communicate results and recommendations to the wider team.
Liaise with marketing and the direct communications services group for send-outs and post blast reports. This involves developing briefs, building, A/B testing when necessary, executing, reporting, segmenting audience lists and more, all aimed to implement the most cost efficient and effective approach.
Expedite request forms and documentation requirements in relation to promo and engagement initiatives.
Assist with UAT for new releases/upgrades related to CRM and Marketing Cloud, particularly in relation to customer engagement functions.
Support the Senior CRM Manager in various CRM projects. Skills and Job
Bachelor's Degree, preferably within Business, Communications and Marketing
At least 3 years in marketing or 2 years experience on CRM, Digital/ email Marketing or marketing automation tools, preferably in B2C environments
Familiar or experienced on the use of CRM or engagement/ communication platforms i.e. Salesforce/ Marketing Cloud / Adobe Campaigns, and with understanding of its corresponding success metrics
Experience in using performance dash-boarding tools such as Power BI
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must possess basic presentation skills.
Must have a keen interest in customer behavior analytics especially on campaign related data.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
With project management and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Highly collaborative.
