As a Campaign Success Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of the Campaign Success team, supporting initiatives that fuel data-driven decisions and process improvements. You'll handle everything from creating impactful reports and dashboards to managing key projects and campaign quality assurance. If you have experience in paid media buying and a knack for project management, this role will empower you to elevate campaign success for priority accounts.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (Shifting)

Work setup: Temporary WFH, Makati

Salary: PHP 40,000 to PHP 50,000

List of Responsibilities: Get Ready to Report, Coordinate, and Execute

• Pull, combine, and format reports from platforms like Salesforce and other advertising tools.
  
• Manipulate data in Google Sheets or Excel to identify trends and insights.
  
• Present data in an actionable format for informed decision-making.
  
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards, troubleshooting data issues as needed.
  

• Support team-wide improvement projects within the Campaign Success team.
  
• Define project needs, action plans, timelines, and checklists for effective management.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tools and processes used by the Campaign Management Team.
  

• Maintain a working knowledge of ad-serving platforms like Meta, Xandr, and GroundTruth.
  
• Assist in ad campaign creation, quality assurance (QA), optimization, and reporting.
  

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Excel in Campaign Coordination with the Right Tools

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs, including shortcuts, Vlookups, and pivot tables.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing environment executing digital advertising campaigns.
  
• Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce (a plus).
  
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Looker Studio (a plus).
  
• Working knowledge of advertising platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Xandr, or GroundTruth.
  
• Familiarity with web technologies, including pixels, ad tags, VAST tags, and HTML.
  
• Experience measuring and optimizing for performance on a CPA basis.
