Responsibilities
- Assist the PPC Team Manager in overseeing the operations, processes, and performance of the PPC department.
Collaborate with client services and clients to understand project objectives, timelines, and expectations.- Support team members in developing effective advertising strategies to drive buyer engagement and conversions.
Monitor campaign progress and performance, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance in research efforts, leveraging insights to optimise campaigns.
Aid in the evaluation and development of team members within the PPC department.- Contribute expertise to enhance marketing and advertising methods for products or services.
Assist in training and upskilling team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Address and resolve issues, errors, and client concerns related to PPC channels.
Coordinate with the team to implement processes and improvements for optimal service delivery.- Report to the PPC Team Manager and provide updates on team performance and project status.
Requirements- Demonstrated creativity in identifying target audiences and devising successful digital campaigns.
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
