Campaigns play a huge part in delivering the best prices and best experience to Lazada users. The Campaign Operations is responsible for mounting recurring, well-known, and thematic sale events, such as Double Digit, Payday campaigns, as well as special brand events such as Super Brand Days. These platform events generate consumer interest and excitement and are key levers to driving sales for our brands and sellers. We are looking for highly-motivated individuals with proven excellence and personal leadership to make our campaigns even bigger and better for our consumers.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Platform Campaigns
- Take on rotating responsibilities for PMO, Onsite, and Deal Hunting operations
- Project Management: Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders for campaign creation, execution, theme, and key mechanics. Monitor and track campaign plans, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- On-site Operations: Ownership of UX/UI design, creation develop on-site merchandising plans showcasing key campaign features
- Performance Management: Analyze & communicate deal hunting progress and ongoing campaign performance to drive actions from internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvements: Post-implementation processing to gather learnings to apply for next iterations
Brand Campaigns
- Strategize & Execute Events: Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy covering Business as Usual (BAU) and key campaign moments in collaboration with the platform and brand partners
- Partnership Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial teams, Marketing Solutions, and brand partners to design and implement sales campaigns that align with their goals and our platform's objectives
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of event planning, including logistics, marketing, and post-event analysis
- Performance Optimization and Analysis: Optimize and analyze event performance metrics to continuously improve brand executions
Key Qualifications:
- More than 6 years of relevant experience, with e-commerce platforms or digital marketing backgrounds
- Demonstrated project management capability, able to prioritize and deliver on tight timelines
- Ability to translate consumer insights and business objectives into an integrated on-site strategy
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data to insights
- High attention to detail
- Balance of both strategic and creative thinking, able to think long term and outside the box
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Agile and able to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Experience working with brands, within ecommerce or digital media industries
- Prior e-commerce experience, in Commercial operations or Campaign operations (good to have)
- Experience related to operations management or process improvement
