Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and analytical skills for campaign development and execution
• Manage customer journeys on marketing automation tools like

Web Engage & Moengage etc.

• Responsible for budgeting, cost, and revenue growth
• Understand user funnel and constantly optimize journeys for better conversion
• Coordinating with other support functions like content, design, product, customer

service etc. required to drive the campaigns.

• Maintaining the repository of templates and updating them with links & imagery
• Monitoring progress of campaigns using various metrics and creating performance

reports

• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer issues related to

online campaigns

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of work experience in campaign management
• Cross channel campaign management experience
• Good analytical skills and active research skills
• Mandatory experience(Min 3 yrs) on marketing automation tool - Web-Engage or Moengage
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience with Excel and other analytical tools
• Good command over English and Hindi to make any necessary changes in content if

required
