• Execute paid initiatives across social publishers and programmatic DSPs such as Appnexus, TradeDesk, and others.
  
• Utilize data to optimize for ROAS and LTV, focusing on brand compliance and flawless execution.
  
• Participate in process-building, emphasizing efficiency, safeguards, and continuous improvement.
  
• Collaborate with the product team by recommending design changes and enhancements to ensure continuous improvement of the Unified Platform.
  

Requirements

Ad ProEssentials: The Must-Haves to Thrive in This Role

• You have at least 1 year of hands-on digital media buying experience at a major ad network, affiliate network, or ad agency.
  
• You possess experience in measuring and optimizing for performance on a CPA basis.
  
• You are analytical, organized, and results-driven, with a focus on ROI.
  
• You are comfortable leading communications in both client-facing and internal meetings.
  
• You can solve both long-term and short-term problems, managing immediate issues while addressing root causes.
  
• You are startup-ready, flexible, and can adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
  
• You are a life-hacker while not necessarily a coder, you use tech to save time and improve workflows.
  

Need to have:

• Experience in programmatic and/or social media buying in a professional setting.
  
• Good understanding of web technologies (e.g., pixels, HTML, JavaScript).
  
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
  
• Experience with website tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Ghostery.
  
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
