Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Outbound Caller at EZ Messenger located in Dumaguete. The primary responsibility of the Outbound Caller is to make outgoing calls to clients in the legal industry. The Outbound Caller will be responsible for gathering information, updating client records, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, the Outbound Caller may be required to provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is a plus but not required
- At least 1 year BPO experience for voice accounts
- High school diploma or equivalent
