We are currently hiring Call Center Agents for Temporarily Work-At-Home positions. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues
- Document customer interactions and update customer records
- Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner
- Follow established guidelines and procedures for customer interactions
Requirements
- At least 2nd year College Undergrad (completed with no back subjects)
OR SHS Grad (new curr)/Graduate of any 2 year course
- At least 1year international BPO experience
- Must have good English communication skills
- Must be Willing to work on holidays
- Willing to work on shifting schedule and extended working hours
- Can start immediately
