Customer Service Representative - works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers needs at each step of the process.
At least completed 2nd year in College (no back subjects)
- Minimum of 6 months (or more) of international contact center/BPO experience, with financial services experience is preferred.
Good-Excellent Communication Skills- Must be willing to work full on-site setup in Taguig.
Must be willing to work on shifting schedule.
- Must be willing to take on a voice account/voice process.
